The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator monitors vehicle maintenance to ensure the upkeep, safety, and compliance of all vehicles with FTA Standards. The coordinator will also work to establish relationships with vendors and ensure the company maintenance policy is followed. An ability to multitask, communicate, and manage a schedule is essential. Position Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
The Operations Manager oversees operational procedures, ensuring operational goals are achieved. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations within CGCTA, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively. The Operations Manager monitors all vehicles' upkeep, safety, and compliance. The Operations Manager is responsible for developing and implementing safety plans, enforcing policies, and evaluating practices to ensure compliance with legal guidelines. They conduct training sessions, monitor compliance, investigate occurrences, and provide recommendations for improvement. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service by obtaining accurate information from customers, entering the information into the system, and providing that information to the drivers. An ability to multitask, communicate, manage a schedule, and answer the phone, all while providing an excellent customer service experience, is essential. Part-Time Position Saturday 5 am - 2:30 pm, Sunday 5 am - 2 pm.
Our Transit Operators are responsible for the safety and comfort of our passengers. Transit Operators provide transportation for people from one place to another for many life needs trips. You will help a community in need of a service making sure they get to work, errands, school, doctor's appointments and much more. Specializing in offering a flexible schedule and friendly work environment, no prior experience is needed. CGCTA offers paid hands-on training to every operator. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and offer a can-do attitude. Every applicant is subject to a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and driving record review. Various shifts available including 10 am to 6 pm.
